I train at the Huntsville Skating School and Training Academy 5 to 6 days a week, about two and a half hours a day. I
have 2 coaches, Mr. Jim Bowser and Mrs. Editha (Dita) Dotson-Bowser. My primary coach, Mr. Jim, is a quadruple gold medalist
in USFSA Ice Dancing and the 1983 World Professional Ice Dancing Champion. My second coach, Mrs. Dita, is the director of
the Huntsville Skating School and Training Academy, a quadruple gold medalist in Ladies Singles and a double gold medalist
in ISU Figures and Freestyle.
I also spend 3 to 4 days a week, about an hour a day at the gym with my personal trainer Mrs. Teresa Brook at PRSM'S fitness
center.
